She enjoys visiting agents and spending time with the companies Quaker represents. Karin serves on the Board of Directors of Flagship Bank, Worcester Chamber of Commerce and Preservation Worcester. Born and educated in Germany, she resides in Worcester, MA. She enjoys building restoration and construction, including decorating, golfing and traveling, and particularly visiting her family and friends in the “old” country. |

James Andreoli, CPCU, ASLI Sr. Account Executive jandreoli@quakerma.com Ext. 103 Jim Andreoli, Sr. Account Executive, joined Quaker Special Risk in 1988 after graduating from the College of Holy Cross, Worcester, MA and St. John's High School in Shrewsbury, MA. Responsibilities include marketing and underwriting of property and casualty accounts in New England. Holds CPCU and ASLI designations and is actively involved in youth sports and sits on the Board of Directors of several Non-profit organizations. He and his wife have three children and reside in Paxton, MA. |

With more than 25 years in the insurance industry and a graduate of Babson College, Jim has earned a “gold” star at Quaker. Out of college, Jim worked for five years with Travelers Ins. Co. His main focus is marketing and underwriting for the Commercial Lines Department. |

Tony O'Donnell, CPCU, ASLI Account Executive todonnell@quakerma.com Ext. 104 Tony O'Donnell, Account Executive, joined Quaker Special Risk in 1995 after spending 8 years as a High School math teacher. He obtained his CPCU designation in 2000 along with an Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance in that same year. Tony focuses mostly on brokerage business in CT, RI and NH, with a special attention to Contractors, Property and Products Liability. Tony moved to the United States from England in 1987, he is married with 2 children and is very active in coaching and promoting soccer in his community. |

She began her insurance career in October 1984, two years after graduating from Assumption College with a BS degree in Psychology. She is a commercial lines underwriter handling new business and renewals with emphasis on Environmental Liability and Commercial Umbrellas. Susan resides in CT with her husband and 3 children. |

Liam Staunton, ASLI Account Executive lstaunton@quakerma.com Ext. 109 Liam Staunton, Account Executive, has been with Quaker Special Risk for 5 years since graduating from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. With an eagerness to learn the insurance industry, Liam has attended NAPSLO School, received his Property and Casualty license, Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance designation and also has a few CPCU classes under his belt. Liam has just finished his third year as a producer and currently resides in Worcester. |

His 10 years of experience includes admitted and non-admitted company and retail insurance operations. Andrew is a MA licensed insurance broker, Notary Public since 2000, and earned the CPCU designation in May of 2006. His responsibilities include marketing and underwriting of commercial accounts along with endorsement review and rating. He is the father of two – a beautiful girl Lindsey Grace born in August 2004 and Brendan Peter born in December 2006. |

Cathy Cronin Claims Manager/Underwriter ccronin@quakerma.com Ext. 102 Cathy Cronin, Underwriter and Claims Manager, joined Quaker Special Risk in October of 2001. Her work includes underwriting a large amount of commercial lines business and managing all claims. Cathy obtained her bachelor's degree in Health Science from Worcester State College and has completed courses through the Insurance Institute of America. In her spare time, Cathy enjoys sports, traveling and reading. |

Marilyn also underwrites special classes including Restaurants and Liquor Liability. Another aspect of Marilyn's weekly duties is maintaining company payables. |

His work includes underwriting commercial lines business and assists in managing claims. Ryan obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Worcester State College in 2002. He resides in Holden with his wife Melissa and son Gavin born in May of 2006. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys skiing, biking, golfing and kayaking. |

In her role, Carol assists in the placement of various professional lines of business. She received her B.A. in English from Worcester State College and is employed as a Personal Lines Underwriter. Since joining the firm, she has completed many insurance courses, has received her broker's license and is pursuing the CPCU designation. She is experienced in both commercial and personal lines underwriting as well as policy issuance. In her spare time she enjoys computers, needlepoint and gardening. |

In 2001, she was promoted to Accounting Manager. Her primary duties include agency and company reconciliation (A/R & A/P, Cancellations and Audits). Sue also maintains all surplus lines licenses and tax reporting. Sue is responsible for employee benefits and payroll. Sue is married with two children. |

Kristin Bergeron Support kbergeron@quakerma.com Ext. 122 Kristin Bergeron has been in the insurance industry for 8 years now. Her responsibilities here at Quaker include processing MA Affidavits, ordering inspections, sending out recommendation letters, processing mail, and billing on occasion. She is also a backup at the reception desk. Kristin does not have much spare time, as she is the proud parent of 4 sons whose ages range from 5 to 17. However, she does like to make people smile and help out whenever needed. |

Andrew Lundgren Policy Issuance Specialist alundgren@quakerma.com Ext. 123 Andy Lundgren, Policy Issuance Specialist, started with Quaker Special Risk in January of 2008. Andy is responsible for processing Commercial Lines Endorsements and also providing Agents with Loss Run reports. After graduating from Burncoat High School in 1998, Andy joined the United States Air Force. He began his insurance career in 2006 with Hanover Insurance Group, where he primarily assembled policies. When not spending time with friends and family, Andy likes to read, write, and draw. Also, he is currently working on writing and illustrating a graphic novel. |

Adam graduated from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester with an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems. He is responsible for many things, such as: database management, Lloyd’s reporting, website maintenance, organization of agency information, sending out monthly e-mail blasts, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and the implementation of other projects to improve business workflow. |
