Carissa graduated from Umass Amherst with a BA in Legal Studies. Her main responsibilities include processing Brokerage policies and assisting underwriters by ensuring proper completion of the accounts. In her spare time she enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family. |
 | Linda Rosenlund Policy Issuance Specialist lrosenlund@quakerma.com Ext. 138 Linda Rosenlund is a graduate from Worcester State College with a BS in Psychology. Before starting at Quaker Special Risk, Linda previously worked in banking for 28 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grown children and grandchildren. |
 | Tiffany Morong Policy Issuance Specialist tmorong@quakerma.com Ext. 111 Tiffany Morong studied biochemistry and art history for 2 years, before graduating from Umass Amherst with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology. Her main responsibility is issuing Personal Lines policies. Outside of work she loves spending time with her friends and being artistically creative. She is also passionately devoted to making a difference in the lives of others by establishing benefits and programs that help diminish psychological and social barriers, as well as affecting change in sociopolitical and cultural policies. |
 | Lindsay McNealy Policy Issuance Specialist lmcnealy@quakerma.com Ext. 106 Lindsay McNealy, Policy Issuance Specialist, joined Quaker Special Risk in December of 2011, after owning and operating her own bakery in Northbridge, MA. Lindsay attended Saint Joseph College in West Hartford, CT and Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, MA. Her main responsibilities include typing Commercial Lines policies and processing endorsements. She lives in Northbridge with her family. In her spare time she enjoys reading, playing music, and spending time with her friends and family. |
 | Angelica Alicea Policy Issuance Specialist aalicea@quakerma.com Ext. 113 Angelica Alicea, Policy Issuance Specialist, joined Quaker Special Risk in March of 2012. Angelica comes to us with a diverse background, from account receivables to invoicing, in various fields ranging from promotional products to medical billing collections. Angelica went to Framingham State College majoring in communications. She is eager and looking forward to creating a successful path in the insurance industry. |

Her main responsibility is to issue Commercial Lines policies. Laura attended Framingham State University and Mount Wachusett Community College. She resides in North Brookfield with her husband, son, and two dogs. |
