Her primary duties include supervision of agency and company reconciliation (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cancellations, and Audits). She is also responsible for employee benefits and payroll. Gail and her husband live in Leicester. She enjoys reading, genealogy and gardening. |

 | Victoria Lane Victoria Lane started working at Quaker Special Risk in August of 2007. One of her main responsibilities is handling Account Receivables. Victoria enjoys spending time with family and friends, football, baking, and quilting. |
 | Kristin Bergeron Kristin Bergeron graduated from Eastern Nazarene College in June of 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration as well as an Accounting Certificate. She has worked in the insurance industry for 11 years and her responsibilities at Quaker include reviewing and processing audit endorsements, handling audit disputes, and processing payables to the carriers. Kristin is the proud parent of 4 sons. |
 | Pedrom Tand Pedrom Tand, Accounting Assistant, joined Quaker Special Risk in March 2011. Pedrom Tand graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance. His main responsibilities include billing for Personal, Commercial, Brokerage and Professional lines. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, being with friends and family and also traveling. |
 | Jodie Bjorklund Operations Assistant jbjorklund@quakerma.com Ext. 175 Jodie Bjorklund, Operations Assistant, joined Quaker Special Risk in April of 2012. Jodie has worked in the Insurance Industry since graduating from Umass Amherst in 2007. She currently holds her Property and Casualty producer license in the state of MA. She lives in Worcester with her husband. In her spare time, Jodie enjoys going out with friends, spending time with family, and traveling. |
